Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

Nope! As long as we have access and clear instructions, you’re welcome to step out and return to a fresh, clean home.

How much does a cleaning cost?

Pricing depends on the size of your home, the level of cleaning needed, and any extras you request. Visit our Services page for an estimate or contact us for a free custom quote—no commitment required.

What is your policy on in-home cameras and recording?

We understand that many clients use in-home security cameras, and we fully respect your right to do so. However, we do not permit any video, photo, or audio recordings of our cleaners to be shared publicly or posted online without prior written consent. This includes social media, websites, or any public platform. We take our team’s privacy seriously and appreciate your understanding.

Do you clean homes with pets? What is your policy?

Of course! However for the safety of our team, all dogs and other potentially aggressive animals must be secured or removed from the home during the cleaning. Our cleaners cannot enter a home where a loose pet poses a risk. Cats and other non-aggressive animals are usually not a concern, but please let us know in advance if you have any pets so we can plan accordingly.

Can I request a specific day or time?

Yes — all available dates and times are shown when you book, so you can select the one that works best for you.

Do I need to clean before you arrive?

Nope! We just ask that any items that might block surfaces or floors—like dishes, clothing, toys, or personal belongings—be put away before we arrive. This helps us work efficiently and thoroughly, so we can focus on giving you a high-quality clean and you can get back to enjoying your space.

How long does a cleaning take?

It depends on the size and condition of the space, but most routine cleanings take 1.5 to 3 hours. Larger or deeper cleans may take longer—we’ll give you a time estimate when you book.

Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?

Yes—we bring everything needed for the job, including vacuums, mops, and cleaning products.

Can I customize my cleaning service?

Do you clean apartments and condos?

Yes! All of our services are available for houses, apartments, condos, and townhomes. Any type of Residential area really.

What if I’m not happy with the cleaning?

We want you to love your clean! If something was missed or not done as expected, contact us within 24 hours and we’ll make it right.

Do you use eco-friendly or scent-free products?

We typically use standard professional-grade products, but we can accommodate scent-free or eco-friendly cleaning upon request. Just let us know your preferences when booking.

How do I prepare for a move-in/move-out clean?

For move-out cleans, please make sure the home is empty and utilities (especially water and electricity) are still active. For move-ins, we can clean before or after your belongings arrive—just let us know what works best for you.

Do you clean inside appliances?

Yes! Inside the oven, fridge, microwave, and cabinets can be included—just let us know when booking or add it as an optional service.
